Technical elements of toilet seat convenient device

The toilet seat installation structure overcomes the disadvantages of the complicated structure of the existing cover plate mounting device, high production cost, and low cost performance; and provides a more convenient way to install and remove the toilet seat in the industry. The shaft is inserted and fixed by means of block installation, and a structure with a certain expansion and contraction performance is generated at the end of the shaft to achieve the effect of convenient installation and removal of the toilet seat.

The toilet seat installation device includes two bases for vertically fixing the hinge shaft, a set of hinged pipes, and two hinged blocks. The hinged tube is a hollow circular tube, and dampers are set at both ends. The damper is connected to the hinge block on one side in the hinge tube, and the two hinge blocks are connected and fixed by a spring. Two through holes are formed at the lower part of the articulated tube, and the hinge shaft of the base is inserted into the through holes to be connected and fixed. The hinge block is a block-shaped part, which is a partial cylinder with a “D” shape in cross section, and has a plane cut surface parallel to the generatrix of the cylinder. A perforation is generated perpendicular to the plane and along the diameter of the cylindrical section, and the diameter of the perforation gradually increases from the plane to the plane. The location of the perforation is inside the through-hole of the articulated tube. The hinge shaft of the base is a cylindrical body, the open end of which forms a shuttle-shaped expansion ring, and is divided into at least two parts by a radial notch. Alternatively, the open end expansion ring of the base hinge shaft cylinder is formed into a ring structure.
